WE DO NOT SERVICE CHROME PLATED PIECES

It is highly recommended that customers have the chrome plating removed from their parts prior to having them powder coated. Due to chrome plating's non-porous surface, it doesn't provide a proper binding surface for powder coat to adhere to.

Fairwater Coatings, LLC does not offer chemical chrome plating removal.

Sizing Criteria

An individual part must be small enough to fit inside one of the two provided boxes.

4ft x 4ft x 6ft
18ft x 8ft x 6ft

Parts must have a hole of some kind to be hung, as powder coat is applied homogenously while the part is suspended.

We have plugs for threaded holes or orifices that must remain clean. We have temperature resistant tape to cover larger ports or surfaces that must remain uncoated.

For customers looking to coat in large volumes, we can fit any number of parts that you can fit in this box. Take into account that the parts will likely be hung vertically and with a few inches of space between them in all directions.
